As PR + Digital Brand Manager for KC Projects, Brailyn Hardy plays an integral role in developing and maintaining strategic communication for public relations and digital initiatives/programs for KC Projects’ clients.
Brailyn specializes in building client relationships, executing media relations campaigns and being well-versed in the intricacies of social media. She also oversees social media campaigns which include, but are not limited to: research and campaign development, content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting, managing, and motivating a team dedicated to social marketing.
Brailyn works with brands to determine where, when, and how their strategic public relations and social media campaigns should be executed. She has successfully secured media placements for KC Projects clients in top-tier media publications such as FoodNetwork.com, The Daily Meal, Men's Journal, BuzzFeed, and Thrillist. Her deep understanding on what it takes to raise awareness in the online world through social media has also led several digital campaigns from the agency to be recognized by PR News’ Digital PR Awards and was named a PR News Rising PR Stars under 30 for 2017.
A Birmingham native, Brailyn joined the KC Projects team in 2013 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Information Sciences in Public Relations from the University of Alabama. Brailyn serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Professionals of Birmingham, Junior Board for Glenwood Inc., Junior Board for Magic Moments, KultureCity Leadership Council, and Vulcan Park and Museum Junior Leadership Board.
